Saturday, October 22, 2011 - PnP. Drank over two evenings. Earth and mushrooms are front and center here, with plenty of dark fruits and a nice creaminess. As others mentioned, I definitely detect the tingly effects from a slight secondary fermentation, but for me, it does not detract from overall quality, plus the added creaminess makes for an entertaining, interesting quaff.

Not your typical pinot noir, but has some really good things to appreciate if your willing to expand your taste buds - variety is the spice of life or so they say. And on clearance at grocery outlet for $6, I went back and scoped up 8 more bottles. Ready to drink now.
