Monday, June 22, 2015 - Strongly acidic; I found the heartburn quite striking, as we paired with Tunisian pork loin and humus and drank alone. For the record, I'd give this wine an 88-89 and my wife would be 91-92, so we're settling at a 90.

There is strong Mishin terroir and some garrique. Fruit has been tamped by time, but some kirsch and currant remains in the early to mid body. Unfortunately,mother wine seems to have a little froth, although it's not viscous and seems acidic in the finish.

Time is not on your side. Drink up in '15!!!
