Sunday, October 1, 2023 - This aged Napa Valley Rhone is no lightweight quaffer. I agree with those who said this is a wine to be paired with food. Its complexity and weight came through nicely when paired with a homemade Salad Nicoise made with fresh grilled Ahi and few anchovies added for additional umami.
