Saturday, November 16, 2013 - Clear light yellow with a tinge of green. Lots of mousse. Intense green apple and lime nose. The flavours are lemon, apple and bread dough with a toasty oak finish. Slight sweetness as well but balanced by the mousse and some nice acid.
