Tuesday, February 6, 2024 - This wine feels like it's passed it's peak. While there's still some effervescence on initial open and pour, what remains is very soft and subtle in the mouth. Deep yellow color in the glass. Still shows lovely tart lemon/citrus notes, good acidity to keep things crisp, and that classic "aged-Champagne" yeastiness pairing with a long finish. A very enjoyable wine experience still, but probably one that would have been even better 5-10 years ago.
