Saturday, November 5, 2011 - Weekend in Rome; 11/4/2011-11/6/2011 (Rome, Italy): Lighter in colour than expected ( vs Dom 90 and tattinger 90). The nose has this lovely yeasty, biscuity length that comes in truly stunning well aged champagnes. This one retains the focus and is vibrant and sharp still and can last for another 15 yrs easily. 95+
