After 20 years this is still a youngster, good freshness and spirit. Completely dry, but due to its richness and composition it's certainly not tart or austere. The mouthfeel is soft, rich and refreshing. Enormous length and persistent harmony till the very end. Best bubbles ever.. 19/20
