Monday, February 3, 2020 - Mature, in the evolved sense, but also in the harmonious sense. The freshness is in perfect harmony with the mature white, yellow, orange citrus fruits. It's the persistence, almost in a mouth-filling way, that really captured my attention. Just delicious now, and for the next couple of years. A really good start to a fun evening. recommended+
