Wednesday, February 16, 2011 - Blind Night (Kevin): Light golden yellow color. Aromas of waxy tropical fruit. Tastes of apple, honey, lemon, and melon. Limestone minerality. Well balanced. Elegant mid palate and finish. A blend of 59% Grenache Blanc, 25% Roussanne, and 16% Picpoul Blanc. 14% alcohol. My first contribution of the night.
