Saturday, December 6, 2014 - S&E Bordeaux Blend Style Wine Tasting - Blind Tasting (Our home): I think with some more decanting this is a few points higher.

Dark red and for me a classic french bordeaux nose.(Proven wrong later at the unveiling but interesting to see other tasters - not just on the night - but on cellartracker - think the same) Minerality comes through with high acidity. Fresh tobacco in the nose. Tannins 8/10 full bodied with a backbone of Cabernet Franc comes through.
