Friday, December 13, 2013 - Very tasty bubbly. Nose of apple, baked pears, fresh bread. The palate is sumptuous with a lovely rich mouth feel and fresh green fruit flavor. There is a touch of sweetness, but everything remains light. Fantastic with some spicy foods.
