Sunday, June 2, 2013 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Blackberry, raspberry, red licorice, spice and vanilla. Black and red berry jam with red licorice and fine tannins leads to a long, smooth finish. Medium to full bodied. A very solid and well made CdR. Paired with panko and mustard breaded pork chops.
