Friday, January 16, 2009 - Brought in a brown paper bag to a friends surprise 55th party and shared with many friends from magnum. This wine shows no sign of aging and was a pure delight. the light color honey like was a treat and many of the guests were raving about it against the house wine so I was careful to share this bottle over the course of a couple of hours. Since it was sub zero outside, I left my bottle outside for 45 minutes and from the brown paper bag this stayed cold for 2 hours. The wine only matured more in the bottle and was sumpteous after 2 hours. One magnum left and I will wait.
