Wednesday, March 16, 2011 - Josef Umathum's wine tasting (Enoteka Polska, Warsaw, Poland): wild strawberries - candylike colour. nose: wild strawberries again, fresh with delicate fizz. taste: quite high accidity, dry, not ripe strawberries, generally elegant. I like it.
