Saturday, February 6, 2016 - one climat out of eight different '35s of Dr. Barolet's cellar; fairly deep, rusty colour again with that distinctive, translucide rim; on the nose dried herbs, spices yet surprisingly fruity, sweet, sound flavour with a smoky end taste, bit less complex and within an hour in the glass "un peu passé". Still remarkable! (92P)
