Monday, June 13, 2011 - I have no official notes on this due to it being served at dinner party, paired well with grilled shrimp & lobster rolls. This wine is simply amazing, even at its young age. I should of bought a case! It's been almost a day since I drank it and i'm still thinking about it.....
