Wednesday, June 16, 2021 - This was an excellent surprise! Deep rich fruit, sandalwood and truffles; soil tones, incense and sous bois. This checks a lot of the boxes required of fine burgundy. Intensity but none of the roasted or unduly extracted qualities in some other ‘03s. I must confess my love of the outright fruit purity of several ‘03s and how well outfits like Jadot and these folks managed the hot vintage. This is a 93+
