I note muddled red fruit on the nose, smoke and meat. The color tone of faded red is a clear indication of the pure varietal presence. The body of this wine is light, juicy, fruity and mildly complex. The flavors are integrated and the wine is drinking well to date. The freshness is still present and the weight of this wine is pleasant without being confectious or reductive.
