Wednesday, September 2, 2015 - Still pretty tight. The aromatics begin to fill out with about 30 min of O2. Classic CF notes of sandalwood, earth, good green pepper/herbs with just enough funk to make it more interesting. With more air the wine picks up weight and opens further. My last bottle of the Domaine. Haven't touched my Grezeau or Croix Boissee yet.
