Incredibly long, bursting with layers of intense flavors- beginning with tropical fruits which gain in strength but are quickly overwhelmed by a granite/stone wave which lasts for about 10 seconds. The wine then turns back around toward a classic, rustic hermitage finish which goes on and on. All of this is going on with the volume turned to the max.... Great experience that has you thinking about it over the following weeks.
