Saturday, April 25, 2015 - This was surprisingly fantastic. Nose of smoke, meat, and blueberry. Dark fruit on the palate with earthy and gamey flavors. Excellent complexity and a long finish. I aerated into the decanter, and it was best after an hour more of air.
