Wednesday, September 28, 2011 - Inky ruby. Oak monster and blueberry nose. Medium+ bodied, good dark fruit, dried spices, zingy black cherries, woody but not obtrusive tannins, bbq'd veggies, a little heat, and a slightly tart medium finish. Tasted better than the nose would lead you to believe. Looking forward to its further maturing.
