Friday, October 12, 2012 - Nose is much better than the actual taste. This is the first bottle of this wine I've opened in over a year. I don't think its getting any better with age, and in fact, I think its on the downturn. It may need to become cooking wine. But, I'll try opening another to see if its any different.
