Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Fresh, spicy, minerals.Lychee, tiny touch of white pepper. Not as juicy and fat as might be expected but a long complex, elegant and intriguing aftertaste. Wonderful wine with mineralic drive. Worked well with comté. Tasted at Dirler with orange chocolate which was marvelous as well.
