Tuesday, July 3, 2012 - I like this a lot. Beautiful shell pink/orange color, slightly more saturated than L'Aventure's Estate Rosé, which is also a lovely hue. Aromas of Quince and tangerine. In the mouth, just a little tart and nicely so, sweet citrus: ripe tangerine and red grapefruit., some pineapple. (With grilled salmon, grilled sweet potatoes and fresh snap peas.)
