Sunday, June 12, 2011 - Very open nose of apricots, peach, yellow plums and a hint of lichie and Nivea. Bright, impressive acidity. The high alcohol (14%) is hardly noticeable. Long finish with a grapefruity, salty bitterness that seems to be the house style. Excellent.
