Friday, December 5, 2014 - Tasted this wine during the Bordeaux Masterclass 2010 Vintage at Tower Club, Singapore.

Colour is pale yellow, with ripe guava, grapefruit and vanilla on the nose. Made in a different style from the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, the wine carries more weight and has more serious overtones.

On the palate there were initial sensations of limestone and wet rocks. After half an hour, the sharp acidity and freshness of the wine stands out. Probably in an awkward stage right now, not as impressive as it should be.
