Saturday, March 17, 2018 - This was to mine and my wife's delight was alive and beautiful!! There was still lots of tannic grip and a beautiful bell pepper nose. Initially it smelled a little musty but I think it was just normal cork as it blew off in the decanter within about 15 minutes and the wine just continued to improve throughout our dinner at Brothers Food and Wine which by the way has the nicest Somm named Lexy and they are happy for you to BYOB and serve it to you.
