Saturday, May 12, 2012 - Classic Napa Cab. Fruity, prominent but medium-soft tannins. Big wine, but not so big it will seem out of place with a nice steak. Started opening up after 90 minutes and continued to improve thereafter; still peaking after 4.5 hours.
