Thursday, January 31, 2013 - Had with short ribs n polenta. Decanted for 45 min. No sed. Dark n opaque. Nose somewhat muted for first hour plus, eventually nice cassis n red fruits showed up. Big soft round napa cab on profile. Tannins appreciated, but not too grippy. No heat noticeable. Will let my other bottle sit for a few years.
