Monday, June 17, 2013 - This bottle was somewhat muted in aromas and flavor profile. It seemed shut down, and this was after 45 min. decant. Maybe a dumb phase? Still delicious and smooth, but previous bottles i had a year ago had muchmore going on. I'll hold off tasting another bottle for another 6 months and see what happens then.
