Saturday, December 19, 2015 - Double decanted, two hours, moderate sediment. Garnet color. Blackberry and vanilla nose. Rich, dark fruit, quite dry on the palate, and not fully integrated with the acids and heavy tannins. Moderate length finish. May improve with more aging.
