Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - A silky, light to medium bodied deep garnet tinted wine. Predominantly cherry and rasperry fruit with some peripheral grassy tones, a fair amount of acid and a moderate to long finish. Tasted great with some ripe St-Nectaire cheese.
