Thursday, May 18, 2023 - This is a huge version of this wine! Deeply concentrated and powerful and almost tough to take at this point and it overwhelmed the lamb and duck at Essentials by Christophe. That being said, it's also showing the terroir so well with incredible flavors of smoky dark fruits, tar pit and campfire coals. This should be great in time but it needs loads of it from well-stored bottles. 93+
