Sunday, January 15, 2017 - Clear deep garnet color. Outstanding bouquet of bright fresh red fruit, mincemeat, garrigue, minerals. Similar on the palate, fresh and pure, seamless, beautiful balance, medium-full body, lingering finish. This wine had a sweet spiciness that beautifully complemented the duck confit.
