Monday, June 12, 2017 - Domaine Jean-Louis Chave Dinner with Erin Chave (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Rich black cherry aromas and flavors with black pepper and savory spice. Dense and brawny with a very long, firm finish. Very good now with upside from here.
