Thursday, December 31, 2020 - One of those revelatory wine tasting experiences. Been wanting to drink this for ages, and pops opened it for New Years in Miami w nay, mikey, and Reese. Beautiful pure ruby. The nose is insane right after opening—cedar, smoke, charcuterie, dark fruit, some must, minty/basil according to nay—just an insane, nuanced nose. And just gets better on the palate—mid to full bodied with all the nose accentuated. It’s just so awesome and balanced.
