Apple syrupy a bit on the attack but a punchy acid finish keeps it perky and offsets the weight. Boy this would be great with marcona almonds...or poulet de bresse aux morilles. Given my tasting experience, this is like 50% Rene Mosse Chenin, and 50% Valdespino Fino sherry.
