Saturday, January 4, 2020 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind 2010 (Chicago IL): Tasted double blind. Clearly Bordeaux with ripe black currant and cassis, supported with dark chocolate and espresso. Seemed so Merlot that I thought this Right Bank. Rich and effusive start, similarly enticing finish, just somewhat tannic in the middle right now. Better 2030-.
