Thursday, August 27, 2015 - Double decanted with a Menu winebreather.
This wine is a fairly dark purple color throughout. Reddish in the light.
Nose: blackberries and vanilla
Palate: blackberries up front, plums and slight heat on the back end.
Grippy tannins. Somewhat muted flavors overall, but not bad.
