Fine bubbles on the palate, somewhat restrained red-grape flavours; medium-bodied, and finishes medium length with a savoury touch. Not a lot of tannin evident. Very drinkable thanks to the decent balance. Lacks true complexity, but is a good, mainstream example of the style.
