Sekt is probably the sparkling wine for this spring and summer. This Riesling Sekt is subtle, fresh, good value for money and also original. Fine mousse that stays and stays. Champagnes (though never Riesling) in this quality-range at least 50% more expensive. Next week back to visit Von Buhl for a tasting session. There is no need for a party, this Sekt is the party. Pour something different, pour (Riesling) Sekt.
