Friday, February 12, 2021 - Two hour decant. Mushroom and cedar nose. Med-full bodied. Smooth wet glycerol mouthfeel. Slightly astringent, fruit muted. Short unremarkable finish. Didn't improve over the evening. The wine was just ok but the reticence suggests more bottle age needed. Try again in 3-5 years.
