Monday, May 18, 2015 - My first bottle of this case. This is a reliable QPR Bordeaux that often excels in good vintages. Clear dark garnet. Nose of blackberry, dust, and cedar. Ripe medium palate of blackberry, plum, black cherry, anise, cedar, and vanilla. Excellent length. Refreshing acidity that keeps you reaching for the glass. Nice minerality. Young tannins. Mostly integrated oak. I expect this to be better with another year or three in the cellar.
