Friday, October 25, 2013 - Celebrated Chablis of François Raveneau (MK Restaurant - Chicago IL): Tasting. A very good 2003 with mature apple and lemon, some earth hints, good minerality and a softened, rounded edge. Moderate length and concentration. good now.
