Friday, July 6, 2012 - check this out, opened a 375 last saturday of this cuz i was alone and headed to NY, nice wine enjoyed, maybe 91... gassed it and put into fridge, noticed it last nite (friday, so 6 days later), popped it open and it was fantastic... rich but not cloying, beautiful fruit but some dusty textured spice and almost a little savory to go with the sweet fruit... made my son try it and he agreed (and he doesn't really like red wine at this point)... fantastic... makes me wonder whether this could be better in 10 years... don't think of brunello that way but who knows
