Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Lovely, fresh, energetic. Exactly the kind of Bordeaux that I like.

It was a bit tight to start with, even though I had decanted it for an hour. But by the second hour the dry tannins had disappeared and the wine was quite delicious.

Long life ahead of it but totally smashing now. If you open it, give it 2-3 hours of decant time.
