Friday, January 6, 2023 - Medium garnet. Pronounced nose, fully developed. Dried cassis and plum, blackcurrant leaf, leather, tobacco, cedar, earth. Dry palate, fresh acidity, fine, chalky tannins, full body, savoury tertiary flavours dominate the palate, long finish. Fully mature, outstanding Bordeaux blend, drinking beautifully now, but on a long plateau for several years. Recommended.
