Friday, April 20, 2018 - P&P in YYZ. Massive perfumed Cabernet Franc nose, properly eyebrow raising, with an immediate return for a second hit. Juicy and intense in the mouth, big cassis fruit, but not even a hint of jaminess. Perfectly pitched acidity and a gently grainy, tannic, mouth-watering tail. Pauillac meets Loire, with added sunshine. Wonderful.
