Tuesday, April 3, 2018 - I'm surprised by the lack of enthusiasm for this wine here! Pairing with a t-bone, and it's standing up just fine. Definitely showing its time in the bottle, probably not a lot left in it, so drink now. Despite medium to light tannins for a cab, it's got a lot going on. Vanilla notes for sure, and fruit forward, but not overwhelmingly so. Great mouth feel, medium-short finish. Overall a steal at this price point.
